Great question! Allow me to explain:
1. The planner starts with guidance to a morning routine because if we’re going to change the world, we have to make out beds! (Yes, our parents had a point and a purpose to the nagging after all! ). The secret power in a strong morning routine lays in that it allows us to begin everyday with a guaranteed accomplishment.
2. Often, the key to our inability to accomplish goals is much simpler than we think! We just don’t know HOW to set goals! But don’t worry, I’ll walk you though that.
3. Hate me or love me, but as a Neuroscientist, I know the importance of sleep on productivity, mood and overall living. So yeah, we’ll be tracking that too!
4. Emotions- those play a HUGE role in our ability to accomplish our goals. However, often, most of us aren’t aware of how we’re feeling unless there’s an extreme event that forces a heated feeling (positive or negative!) We’ll try to make you more aware of those emotions all the time.
5. We’re often so disassociated from the reality of who we are. This planner helps you break through that with guided exercises that enable you to explore areas of yourself you may have not explored before.
6. Of course, I had to include a refection space- I’m going to leave that up to you on how to use that space.
7. “Me-Time” Bubbles- that’s me forcing you to slow down and allow sometime EVERYDAY just for YOU.
